Here's your Terms of Service tailored to Upliva. Most of it stays close to the standard Shopify wording, which is what you want for legal terms. The big fix is Section 5: your version was copied from a neck and posture product, so it talked about spines, osteoporosis and neck surgery. It now covers heat, red light and massage on the hip. I also added a short safety section, since heat products need one.

Overview
This website is run by Upliva. On this site, "we," "us" and "our" mean Upliva. When you visit our site or buy from us, you use our "Service" and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including visitors and customers.

We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including credit card information) may be sent unencrypted over different networks. Credit card information is always encrypted. You agree not to copy, sell, resell or use any part of the Service for business purposes without our written permission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material here is for general information only and should not be your only basis for making decisions. We may change the content of this site at any time, but we don't have to update any information.

Prices may change without notice. We may change or stop selling any product at any time. Our 90-Day Calmer Nights Promise applies as described in our Refund Policy. We try to show product colors and images as accurately as we can, but we can't promise your screen will show them exactly.

Upliva is a wellness product that gives gentle heat, red light and light massage to help you relax and feel more comfortable at home. It is not a medical device and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome or hypermobility. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Results are different for everyone and are not guaranteed.
Talk to your doctor before using Upliva if you:
- are pregnant
- have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device
- have diabetes, nerve damage or reduced feeling in your skin
- have poor circulation, a bleeding disorder, or a blood clot
- have cancer, or a skin condition or open wound in the area
- take medicine that makes you sensitive to light

Section 6: Safe Use
Please follow the instructions that come with your Upliva. Use it for one 20-minute session at a time. Don't use it while asleep, and don't use it on broken, numb or irritated skin. Stop using it right away if you feel burning, pain, or skin redness that doesn't go away. Keep it away from water, and don't use it on children or on anyone who can't easily remove it themselves.
Section 7: Billing and Account Information
We may refuse or cancel any order. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it when needed so we can complete your order and contact you.
Section 8: Third-Party Links
Some content, products and services on our site may come from third parties. We are not responsible for checking the content or accuracy of third-party material or websites, and we are not liable for any harm related to them.
Section 9: Comments and Feedback
